Refund Policy

Get a full refund within 30 days of purchase. No questions asked. One email is all it takes.

The 30-day guarantee

If FindAstra isn't right for you for any reason, request a refund within 30 days of your purchase date and we will issue one in full. No forms, no surveys, no "are you sure" screens. The 30-day clock starts on the date your order was processed.

How to request a refund

Send an email to support@findastra.com from the address you used at checkout. Include your order number if you have it handy. We aim to acknowledge every refund email within one business day.

Once approved, the refund is processed through Freemius, our payment processor and merchant of record. Most refunds clear to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

What's covered

  • Single-site licenses purchased directly through findastra.com or the Freemius checkout
  • Agency and multi-site bundles, refunded in full within the same 30-day window
  • Upgrade purchases, refunded back to the upgrade cost only (the original license remains)

What isn't covered

  • Requests made more than 30 days after the original purchase date
  • Orders flagged for chargeback fraud or repeat purchase-and-refund abuse
  • Third-party fees (currency conversion, bank wire fees) charged outside our control

After the refund

Once a refund is issued, your license key is deactivated and the plugin will stop receiving updates. Any installed copies of FindAstra will keep running until you remove them, but new features and security patches will no longer reach those sites.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We will almost always resolve the issue faster than a dispute will. Chargebacks filed without a prior refund request can result in permanent loss of access to FindAstra and related products.

Changes to this policy

We may revise this policy. Any change applies only to purchases made after the change is published. The version of this page in effect on your purchase date is the one that governs your refund.
