Cookie Policy

Last updated: May 19, 2026

This page lists the cookies the findastra.com marketing site uses, what each one does, how long it lasts, and how to opt out. We don't run any advertising cookies.

1. What is a cookie?

A cookie is a small text file a website saves on your device when you visit. It lets the site remember things across page loads or future visits. Some cookies are essential for the site to work. Others are optional and only run if you accept them.

2. How we use cookies

We use two categories of cookies on findastra.com: strictly necessary, and analytics. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels.

3. Strictly necessary cookies

These cookies are required for the site to function. They cannot be disabled in the consent banner.

4. Analytics cookies (opt-in)

We use Google Analytics 4 and PostHog to understand how visitors find and use the site. These cookies are off by default and only run if you click "Accept" in the consent banner. You can change your mind at any time using the link at the bottom of this page.

ph_*_window_idPostHogStores the current window identifier within a sessionSession

IP addresses are truncated by GA4 and masked by PostHog before they reach the respective providers. Analytics data is used in aggregate to improve the site and the product. It is not sold or shared for advertising purposes.

5. Your choices

You can manage cookies in several ways:

  • Banner. Use Accept, Reject, or Customize when you first visit.
  • Reopen the banner. Click "Manage cookie preferences" in the footer to change your choice at any time.
  • Browser settings. Block or delete cookies through your browser. Note that this also removes the cookie that remembers your preference, so the banner will reappear on your next visit.
  • Global Privacy Control. If your browser sends the GPC signal, we treat it as a "do not sell or share" opt-out and skip analytics cookies entirely.

6. California: Do Not Sell or Share

We do not sell personal information. Under California law, sharing data with analytics providers for cross-context behavioral advertising can be considered "sharing". Although we don't engage in cross-context advertising, you can still opt out of all analytics cookies by clicking "Reject" on the banner or by sending us the Global Privacy Control signal. Email support@findastra.com if you'd prefer to opt out in writing.

7. Other tracking technologies

We do not use Local Storage, Session Storage, web beacons, or fingerprinting techniques for tracking, except where strictly necessary for the site to function (such as remembering your consent choice).

8. Changes to this policy

If we add a new cookie or analytics provider, this page will be updated and the consent banner will reset so you can re-confirm your choices.

9. Contact

For any cookie or privacy question, email support@findastra.com.
